These beauties are great for the kiddos lunch boxes.

1 cup plain/GF flour
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup choc chips or raisins
A toothpick stir of Cinnamon essential oil
100ml neutral oil or butter
3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 1/2 year old’s mixing hands

  • Combine dry ingredients
  • Add wet ingredients
  • Scoop and form balls

Bake at 180 deg C for 12-15 minutes.

Voila! Lunchbox fillers.
